1) Services
We provide chauffeured transportation services, including (but not limited to) airport transfers, point-to-point trips,
hourly service, wait-and-return, corporate transportation, events, and group travel (“Services”).
We may use employees and/or affiliate partners/subcontractors to fulfill trips. These Terms apply to all Services.
2) Quotes, Reservations, and Confirmation
- Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may change if trip details change.
- A reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us and/or payment authorization is completed.
- You are responsible for confirming trip details (date/time, pickup location, drop-off location, passenger count, vehicle type).
3) Pricing, Fees, and Additional Charges
- Rates may include base fare plus applicable tolls, parking, airport fees, permits, and taxes where applicable.
- Additional charges may apply for extra stops, route changes, extended waiting time, excessive cleaning, or special requests.
- Hourly bookings typically include a defined start time and minimum hours; overtime may be billed in increments (e.g., 30/60 minutes) based on your agreement.
- For corporate accounts, rates and billing terms may be governed by a separate written agreement, which will control if there is any conflict.
4) Payments, Deposits, and Authorizations
- Payment method may be required to hold a reservation. We may request a deposit for certain trips (events, long distance, groups, peak dates).
- You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for confirmed services and approved additional charges described in these Terms.
- If a charge is declined, we may cancel or suspend service until payment is resolved.
5) Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellation policies vary by service type, vehicle type, and date/time demand. Your confirmation message may include a specific cancellation window.
If not otherwise stated:
- Cancellations made close to pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- A no-show occurs when the passenger does not arrive at the pickup location within a reasonable time and cannot be reached; no-shows may be charged the full fare.
- To avoid no-shows, ensure phone/email contact details are accurate and monitor messages near pickup time.
6) Airport Pickups, Flight Tracking, and Waiting Time
- If you provide a flight number, we may use it for coordination and ETA planning. Flight tracking depends on available data and does not guarantee wait-fee-free service.
- Airport pickups may include a defined complimentary waiting time. Additional waiting beyond that may be billed.
- You are responsible for advising us of airline changes, terminal changes, baggage delays, or international arrival requirements.
7) Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and airport/venue rules.
- No illegal activity, open containers where prohibited, or unsafe conduct. We may refuse service for safety.
- You are responsible for damage beyond normal wear, including excessive mess, spills, smoke/vape odors, or vandalism.
- Child seats: If required by law, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an appropriate child seat unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8) Luggage and Special Items
- Please select a vehicle that matches your passenger and luggage needs. Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle and may affect pricing.
- We are not responsible for items left behind. If we locate and return lost items, a return/delivery fee may apply.
9) Service Changes and Delays
- Traffic, weather, road closures, security delays, and venue/airport restrictions may affect timing.
- We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to communicate and coordinate.
- If you request changes (time, stops, vehicle), pricing and availability may change.
10) Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including missed flights, missed events, or lost profits) to the extent permitted by law.
11) Website Use
- Website content is provided “as is” and may be updated without notice.
- You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation.
12) SMS and Communications
If you opt in to receive text messages, we may send messages related to your requests, quotes, and bookings.
Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.
13) Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Nicks Limousine Service LLC is organized and/or primarily operates,
without regard to conflicts of law rules. Any disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in the applicable venue,
unless otherwise required by law.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates the latest revision.
Continued use of our website or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
