These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Nick's Limousine Service LLC ("Nick's Limousine," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at nickslimo.com and all transportation services we provide. By booking a ride, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, submitting a booking inquiry, or accepting transportation services from Nick's Limousine Service LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all passengers, account holders, and visitors to our website.
2. Our Services
Nick's Limousine Service LLC provides professional chauffeur and transportation services throughout Los Angeles and Southern California, including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers (LAX, Burbank, Van Nuys, Ontario, Long Beach, Camarillo, and others)
- Cruise terminal transportation (San Pedro World Cruise Center and Long Beach Cruise Terminal)
- Corporate and executive transportation
- Weddings, special events, and group transportation
- Hourly and as-directed service
Service availability is subject to vehicle and driver availability. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
3. Booking & Payment
Quotes and Rates: Rates provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. All rates are flat unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Booking Confirmation: A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from Nick's Limousine Service. Submitting a form does not guarantee availability.
Payment: Payment terms (including deposits, full prepayment, or invoicing) will be communicated at the time of booking. Corporate account holders are subject to the billing terms established in their account agreement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified at booking.
Gratuity: Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included in quoted rates unless explicitly stated. We encourage but do not require tipping.
Additional Charges: The following may result in additional charges beyond your quoted rate:
- Extended wait time beyond the complimentary grace period
- Significant route changes requested mid-trip
- Tolls, parking, or airport fees incurred during service
- Cleaning fees for damage or excessive mess to the vehicle
- Additional stops not included in the original booking
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund or credit — no charge.
- 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% of the booking rate may be charged.
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: Up to 100% of the booking rate may be charged.
- No-show (driver dispatched, client not present): Full booking rate charged.
Cancellations must be communicated directly by phone at (213) 786-9865 or by email at [email protected]. Cancellations submitted via web form only are not guaranteed to be received in time. Corporate account cancellation terms may differ per account agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the event of extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you promptly and arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during all rides. The following are prohibited in our vehicles:
- Smoking or vaping of any substance
- Consumption of illegal substances
- Excessive alcohol consumption that endangers safety or disrupts the trip
- Verbal or physical abuse of chauffeurs or other passengers
- Tampering with vehicle equipment or controls
- Any activity that violates local, state, or federal law
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund. Any damage caused to our vehicle by a passenger will be billed to the responsible party, including professional cleaning fees for spills, vomiting, or other damage.
6. Wait Time & No-Shows
Airport Pickups: For airport transfers, we provide a complimentary 45-minute grace period from the time your flight lands (domestic) or 60 minutes for international arrivals. Wait time charges may apply beyond this window.
Non-Airport Pickups: For all other pickups, we provide a complimentary 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time. After this window, wait time charges may apply at our standard rate.
No-Shows: If a passenger cannot be located after a reasonable attempt to make contact (including phone calls and waiting at the confirmed location), the ride will be considered a no-show and the full booking rate will be charged.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nick's Limousine Service LLC maintains all required insurance coverage as mandated by the State of California for commercial transportation providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nick's Limousine Service LLC shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances outside our control
- Missed flights, cruise departures, or event start times, unless directly caused by our proven negligence
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in our vehicles
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a single trip shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that trip.
Passengers assume all risk associated with entering and exiting our vehicles and are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to safely use our services.
8. Vehicles & Fleet
We reserve the right to substitute a comparable vehicle if the originally requested vehicle is unavailable due to mechanical issues, accidents, or other circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you of any vehicle substitution before your trip.
All vehicles are maintained in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition. If you have specific accessibility needs, please inform us at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements.
9. Corporate Accounts
Corporate account holders are subject to the specific terms outlined in their signed account agreement, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the account agreement takes precedence.
Corporate accounts are invoiced monthly. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of account services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Nick's Limousine Service LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
